Buddies Club is a rewards program created to recognize and reward our most important business partners. As a member of the Buddies Club, you can earn points via confirmed room bookings made at Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The points can be redeemed for a wide range of fabulous gifts. You can look forward to exclusive invitations to the Hotel’s events as well as attractive discount benefits.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Membership to the Buddies Club is by invitation only and is offered solely at the discretion of Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
  • Prospective members are advised to seek approval from their employers prior to enrolment. Alternatively, some employers may collect rewards and distribute it amongst the staff.
  • For companies with multiple departments, one representative from each department can be nominated to join the Buddies Club.
  • Membership to the Buddies Club is extended on an annual basis and renewal of membership will be reviewed each year.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Buddies Club membership at any time without prior notice.
  • A member may at any time terminate his/her membership by giving written notice to the Buddies Club Coordinator. Upon successful enrolment, members will be given a membership card.
  • The membership card is issued on a complimentary basis and has no cash value.
  • Members must notify the Hotel immediately if their card is damaged, lost or stolen.
  • Upon successful enrolment, members will receive Eastin Buddies Notification email that they are now officially members.
  • For those who are still holding the old card under the name Eastin Hotel Petaling Jaya, please note that once expired no replacement card will be given due to the fact that we have already stopped issuing it.
  • The previous membership card was issued on a complimentary basis and has no cash value whatsoever.
  • Members must notify the Hotel immediately if their card is damaged, lost or stolen. However, no replacement card will be issued.
