Basic
- The Privilege membership is open to all guests aged 18 years and above who spend any amount in the hotel.
- The Privilege card is stricty non transferable to any other person. Only the card holder will be entitled to avail the discount or redemption.
- There are no membership fees or charges upon sign up of Privilege card.
- The company shall inform the card member from time to time on the changes of the privilege services / benefits by notification through the App.
- All discounts and privilages are at the sole discretion of the property.
- Any / all entitlements may change from time to time.
- The level of entitlements is based on a rolling 12 months accumulation of points and may move up or down depending on usage.
- The digital card is in no way of any monetary value.
- Should a card have no usage across a 12 months period the card will be closed automatically.
- Members are ecouraged to maintain the card active to eligible for member discount or point redemption.
- The increase or decrease in levels is automatic upon the rules set forth on points collection.
- You will from time to time receive promotional material or special announcements.
- Every RM1 spent is equivelant to 1 Point. This does not include any government tax or TTx.
- Any / All entitlements are subject to availability and their own terms and conditions.
- EHKL reserves the right to change any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Any dispute arises on the application or use of EHKL Rewards membership card shall be solely determined by EHKL, and all decisions shall be final.
- The privilege member also declare that all personal information and data set forth herein is / are all true.
- Up to date and accurate and should there be any changes to any personal information or data set forth, they shall update in the App
Usage
- The Digital card whether in App format or the WebApp must be presented to gain any / all entitlements.
- Any reward is only used by itself and not in relation to other linked rewards and / or promotions.
- Only one discount will be applicable at a time.
- All points will be updated daily to the portal.
- All points have no Cash Value outside of the rewards program entitlements.
- At any time you have the right to stop the card / app for any reason.
- All accumuation of points are rounded up / down to the nearest Ringgit Malaysia spent.
- The rewards points collection and redemption for this card is only valid with Eastin Hotel Kuala Lumpur only.
Eastin Buddies Points - No Manual Credit Policy
By participating in the Eastin Buddies program through our mobile app, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the awarding of points:
- Automatic Points Allocation Only: Eastin Buddies points will only be credited to your account through the automated processes set forth by the Eastin system. Points cannot be manually credited by staff or customer service representatives under any circumstances.
- Show the Mobile App to Earn Points: To earn Eastin Buddies points, members must show the Eastin Buddies mobile app at the time of payment. Points will only be awarded if the app is presented during the transaction. Points cannot be credited retroactively if the app is not shown at the time of payment.
- No Manual Adjustments: Any requests for manual adjustments, retroactive points crediting, or corrections will not be accepted. All points are awarded based on system-generated actions or eligible transactions, and no manual intervention will be made.
- Eligibility for Points: Points are credited automatically based on qualifying activities as defined within the Eastin Buddies program, which may include purchases, promotions, or other qualifying actions outlined in the program details.
