MEMBERSHIP
- Membership is open to all companies in Malaysia and Singapore, and solely with the
approval of Eastin Management. Members are advised to seek their employers' permission
prior to enrolling into this loyalty program.
- Members are required to quote their membership identification number when making
reservations in order to earn points. Points accumulated in each year cannot be
carried forward to the following year and must be redeemed by 31 December. All unclaimed
points will be forfeited after the closing date of the redemption period.
- Eastin Hotel Petaling Jaya reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise
change any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels
pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though
changes may affect the value of points or rewards certificates or confirmations
already accumulated.
- Room points will be updated upon guest departure and full settlement and Banquet
points will be reflected upon full settlement of function bills.
- Points will not be awarded for "Cancellations", "No Shows" and "Complimentary Rooms".
In case of dispute, the Hotel count is final.
- When a reward is requested, the corresponding number of points for that Reward level
will be deducted from Members' account.
- Members are advised to examine the Redeemed item upon receiving. Any fault and/or
damaged item must be returned to Eastin Hotel Petaling Jaya within 2 working days
for an exchange of new item.
- Eastin Hotel reserves the right to refuse the redemption of any Redemption item
or recall the Redemption item should Eastin Hotel have any reason to suspect that
the points were fraudulently accumulated by the Members or wrongly recorded.
- Redemption of rewards will be on actual points accumulated and not rounded up to
the nearest tier available for redemption.
POINTS & REWARDS MECHANICS
- One (1) point is equivalent to every RM100.00 spent on room accommodations and RM
300.00 spent on banquet events.
- Members must submit the redemption request before their account expires. If member
fails to redeem, the points will be forfeited.
- All redeemed items must be collected within two (2) months from collection notification
date, failing which the items will be forfeited and the points deducted for such
redemption will not be reinstated.
- Bookings will be monitored under membership ID, whereby points will be awarded after
the guest checks out. Please note that room reservations made may not tally with
actual room nights produced, due to short or overstays by guest themselves.
- The validity date of the vouchers redeemed are strictly non extendable.
- Rewards featured are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
The Management reserves the right to substitute featured rewards with any item of
equal value should they be not available.
